CNC Vertical Lathe Machine Main Structural Features

1.The machine tool is a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and sliding seat are all made of high-grade gray cast iron resin sand casting process and aging treatment; reasonable structural design, perfect processing and assembly process to ensure long-term use of machine tools. Stability and accuracy retention.

2.The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing and bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration. The configuration structure has the largest bearing capacity, can withstand large cutting force and feed force, has high radial stiffness and axial rigidity, and has high rotation precision.

3.The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive the precision ball screw pair through the flexible coupling, which can minimize the backlash and have high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting configuration balances the weights, the structure is simple and reliable, and the failure rate is low.

The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings, which meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision cutting. The pre-stretching structure of the screw support greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during long-term operation.

4.The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed automatic intermittent lubrication, and the work is stable and reliable.
