Causes of Oil Leakage in New Oil Cylinders

May. 08, 2021

Many customers report that the new oil cylinder they just bought is leaking. The main reasons are as follows through analysis

1 The diameter of the oil return pipe is too small, resulting in poor oil return and oil leakage.

2 The oil return pipe is too long and bent, causing grease to accumulate in the pipe

solution:

1 The tubing must be a transparent tubing with a large inner diameter.

2 The oil return pipe must be installed vertically, and must have a certain slope to facilitate the flow of hydraulic oil and exhaust air, and the slope cannot exceed 15 degrees. The oil return pipe should not be too long or bent, and don't allow oil to accumulate in the oil pipe.
