Maintenance Instructions for Machine Tool Shutdown

① Clean the chips and chip solution on the worktable, X, Y, and Z-axis shields inside the machine.

② Clean the chips in the knife magazine, the chips on the handle, and the chips and oil stains on the claws.

③ Clean the chips and chip solution inside the spindle taper hole, and do not install the tool handle on the spindle.

④ Long term shutdown requires cleaning the chips and screws inside the three-axis shield, as well as the chips and oil stains on the guide shaft.

⑤ The machine tool needs to be stopped by moving the three and four axes to the center position.

Next is lubrication and rust prevention for the tool magazine, spindle, and three-axis protective cover

① Lubricate the transmission components of the tool magazine and apply grease to ensure the quality of the grease.

② Lubricate the core shaft of the spindle loosening mechanism with grease. Oil: Ensure excellent quality of oil.

③ Perform rust prevention treatment on the workbench and three-axis protective cover, wipe dry and apply rust proof paste.

④ Apply lubricating grease to the spindle push hole. Oil: Ensure excellent quality of oil.

First startup after the last holiday for warm-up and empty running

① Machine tool warm-up: When the machine tool is parked for a long time and is turned on for the first time, perform electrical warm-up to turn on the machine power and release the emergency stop for 20 minutes.

② After warming up and running in, perform an empty run for 1 hour, gradually increasing the speed and movement speed.
