Safety Operation Regulations for CNC Machine Tools

1. The operator must be familiar with the general performance, mechanism, transmission principle and control program of the machine tool, and it is strictly forbidden to use it with super performance.

2. Before the equipment is operated, perform a spot check according to the spot check card to find out whether the electrical control is normal, whether the switches and handles are in the specified position, whether the lubricating oil circuit is unblocked, whether the oil quality is good, and add sufficient lubrication according to the specified requirements Oil.

3. When starting up, run dry for 3~5 minutes first to check whether each part is running normally.

4. Pay attention to the adjustment of the hydraulic system when starting up, and the working pressure of the total system must be within the rated pressure range.

5. Before processing, each movement coordinate axis must be manually operated, and processing can only be performed after the hydraulic system reaches normal and rapid operation.

6. Before machining parts, you must strictly check the machine origin and whether the tool data is normal.

7. During the processing, the operator shall not leave the machine tool without authorization to prevent the workpiece from being scrapped or the machine tool accident caused by the computer's miscontrol.

8. When an abnormal phenomenon or malfunction occurs during work, stop the machine immediately to eliminate it, or notify the maintenance personnel for overhaul.

9. After the work is completed, the machine tool should be cleaned, the switches and handles should be placed in non-working positions, and the power supply should be cut off.

10. Always keep the machine tool clean and in good condition. Keep the accessories in a safe place, and they shall not be lost or rusted.
