What are the basic knowledge of CNC machining

Any technology has its own proprietary vocabulary, and the same goes for CNC machine tool processing. Firstly, CNC technology, also known as numerical control technology, is abbreviated as NC in English. Often seen on a machine tool, the word "CNC" indicates that the machining center machine tool is different from the CNC machine tool (without a tool magazine). Numerical control programming is divided into manual programming and active programming. The meaning of manual programming is that each step from part drawing analysis, process processing, numerical calculation, program writing to program verification is completed manually. This method is very effective for parts with less complex shapes and shorter processing programs. For parts with non-circular curves, column surfaces, and composite surfaces, or for long programs, it is suitable for conscious programming.
