Structure:
1. The bed is used to fix and support all parts of the milling machine. The top surface is provided with a horizontal guide rail for moving the beam. The front wall has a dovetail shaped vertical guide rail for the lift table to move up and down. The main motor, spindle speed change mechanism, spindle, electrical equipment, lubricating oil pump and other components are installed inside. 2. One end of the beam is equipped with a hanger to support the cutter bar, so as to reduce the bending and vibration of the cutter bar. The crossbeam can move along the horizontal guide rail of the bed, and its extension length is adjusted by the length of the cutter bar.
3. The spindle is used to install the cutter bar and drive the milling cutter to rotate. The spindle is a hollow shaft with a 7:24 precision taper hole at the front end, which is used to install the taper shank of the milling cutter shank.
4. The longitudinal worktable is driven by the longitudinal lead screw to move longitudinally on the guide rail of the turntable to drive the workpieces on the worktable to feed longitudinally. The T-shaped groove on the table is used to install clamps or workpieces.
5. The transverse worktable is located on the horizontal guide rail above the lifting table, which can drive the longitudinal worktable for transverse feeding together.
6. The turntable can turn the longitudinal worktable at a certain angle in the horizontal plane (both positive and negative are 0~45 °) to facilitate the milling of spiral grooves. A horizontal milling machine with a rotary table is called a horizontal milling machine.
7. The lifting table can drive the whole workbench to move up and down along the vertical guide rail of the machine bed to adjust the distance between the workpiece and the milling cutter and the vertical feed.
8. The base of the base is used to support the bed and the lifting table, and contains cutting fluid.
