How to choose CNC machining center correctly?
1. Determine the machining object. Select typical processing objects from many parts produced by enterprises, that is, part family selection. The processing center is suitable for multi variety and small batch production.
2. Grouping of processes. Using group skills can effectively increase the processing batch of similar parts, approach the power and efficiency of mass production, and complete the production of medium and small batches.
3. Whether the selection of parts and shafts is appropriate. The selection of part shaft has a very important impact on whether the investment benefit can be fully played.
4. Process plan. Carry out process analysis on the typical parts (main samples) of the determined part family and formulate process plan.
5. Selection standard, accuracy and function. The standard, accuracy and function directly affect the function of the machine tool. Together, the processing man hour cost of the machining center is high. When considering the process load, we should consider not only the possibility of machine tool processing, but also the economy of processing.
When the CNC machining center breaks down, we classify it according to the fault position:
1. Main engine fault
Machinery, lubrication, cooling, chip removal, hydraulic, pneumatic and protection can form the host part of NC machine tool. Common faults at the main engine usually include:
1) Transmission failure caused by improper commissioning, installation and use of mechanical parts;
2) Faults caused by interference or excessive friction of moving parts such as guide rail and spindle;
3) Failure caused by damage of mechanical parts and poor connection.
The failure of the main engine is usually manifested in high transmission noise, poor machining accuracy, high running resistance, non action of mechanical parts, damage of mechanical parts and so on.
Poor lubrication, pipeline blockage and poor sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are also common causes of host failure. Therefore, it is an essential and important measure to carry out regular maintenance, maintenance and control of CNC machine tools and eradicate the occurrence of "three leaks" at the same time.
2. Electrical control system failure
Usually, according to our habits, the faults of the electrical control system are divided into "weak current" faults and "strong current" faults. "Weak current" refers to the control part of the control system dominated by electronic components and integrated circuits.
