BK6063 CNC Shaper Machine  Main Structural Features

The machine tool consists of system, ball screw, bed, ram, rocker, gearbox, feed box, crossbeam, worktable, lubrication system and electrical system.

The motor drives the ram and ram to and fro in the top guide rail of the bed through the gearbox and rocker mechanism, with six stages of speed change. The guide clearance can be adjusted. The front end of the ram is a knife rest and a rotary table, and the knife rest can be fed along the slide plate of the knife rest. When planing the inclined plane, the rotary table rotates at a certain angle as required.

The crossbeam can be used for manual or motorized vertical feed along the front guide rail of the bed, and the workbench is installed on the crossbeam, and the crossbeam can be used for manual or motorized horizontal feed along the guide rail. It is controlled by servo motor. The clearance between the crossbeam and the guide rail of the worktable can be adjusted by the inlay strip, and the front end of the worktable is supported to increase the stability of the work.

The horizontal or vertical feed direction of the table is controlled by a handle. The feed can be adjusted in operation.

The main drive movement of the machine tool is equipped with a brake, which can quickly stop the ram at the required position. The start stop and brake of the machine tool are controlled by a handle.The gearbox, feed box, RAM guide rail and rocker mechanism of the machine tool are lubricated centrally by the oil pump, and the oil supply can be adjusted as required.
